Our family relocated a little over a year ago from a near by neighborhood to The Chimneys and met Dan and his wife, Wendy, at an Open House. I immediately felt very comfortable with them after asking preliminary questions about possibly moving. They were not pushy, by any means, in trying to obtain our listing and answered all of my questions even though I was not interested in the home they were showing which was why we decided to partner up. Dan was readily available whenever we needed him and helped to make our stressful experience much easier. Our home sold in 2 days but we then had to deal with some extremely difficult and picky buyers. Dan advocated for us in many situations so we were not taken advantage of on either end of the transactions and we feel that we can call both of them our friends!!!
